Terms and Conditions – Children’s Classes
Enrolment can be made at www.eganperformingarts.com/book.
Classes run on a monthly subscription basis, with fees spread evenly across the year. This means you will be billed in every month of the year, including months where no classes take place, as the total annual cost is simply divided into 12 equal payments. You are only ever charged for the classes we actually run.
In the unlikely event that a session cannot run, where possible the time will be made up at an alternative time (or spread across subsequent weeks). If this is not possible, credit towards an EPA Holiday Camp will be available.
Upon enrolment, one month’s fee is taken as a non-returnable deposit.
Your direct debit occurs in advance on the 1st of each month. For example, if your child will be joining at the start of the Spring Term in January, you will pay a deposit at the time of enrolment and your direct debits will begin on 1st January.
To cancel, you must give a minimum of two months notice in writing to hello@eganperformingarts.com. Your last direct debit payment will be in the month following written notice (regardless of which day of the month notice is given) and your child will continue to attend classes until the end of the second month.
For example, if written notice is given on 20th March, 1st April becomes the date of your last direct debit payment and 1st May will be paid for by your non-refundable deposit. Your child will continue to attend classes until the end of May.
Subscription costs 2026-27
Little Stars: £28.75 per month
Shooting Stars: £33.95 per month
Uniform
Our uniform consists of a yellow or orange EPA T shirt and black or dark coloured bottoms. The T-shirt can be purchased via our website for £18.95. We have some second hand T shirts available for free but this is subject to availability, please enquire. The bottoms can be any black or dark coloured leggings or joggers children already have at home.
Children must wear this uniform each week. This uniform is appropriate for the movement activities and helps to make children feel part of an exciting little theatre company.
WhatsApp group
Each class has a Whatsapp group owned by Laura Egan. The purpose of this is to share information and reminders, and to share and celebrate the brilliant work of children in class.
Pictures and footage of children in the Whatsapp group must remain there. You are only able to share a picture of your own child. If there are other children in the picture, their images must be covered.
You are unable to post in the whatsapp group yourself until the week of the show when pictures parents have taken can be shared.
Contact
Should you wish to make contact this should be via the hello@eganperformingarts.com email. From September 2026 no EPA queries or matters will be dealt with via phone contact.
Attendance
Any absence should be emailed in to hello@eganperformingarts.com ahead of the class. Classes start promptly at the stated start time. It can be disruptive and unsettling to bring a child in late. No food is permitted in class.. Children must bring a named water bottle in with them.
Supporting the individual
At Egan Performing Arts we encourage all children to be respectful and encouraging of each other’s ideas and performances. If a child is struggling in any way the class teacher will make contact with the parent/guardian to see how we can best support them to achieve in class.
