Terms and Conditions – Children’s Classes

All classes are available to book on our booking page.​

This link can be found on our website and is regularly posted in the Whatsapp groups.

Once a term has been booked there are no refunds, including if children need to miss a week.

Uniform

Our uniform consists of a yellow or red T shirt and black or dark coloured bottoms. The T shirt is included in the price when a term is purchased and is theirs to keep. The bottoms can be any black or dark coloured leggings or joggers children already have at home. Children must wear this uniform each week. It’s appropriate for the movement activities and helps to make the feel part of an exciting little theatre company.

Whatsapp group

Each class has a Whatsapp group owned by Laura Egan. The purpose of this is to share information and reminders, and to share and celebrate the brilliant work of children in class. Pictures and footage of children in the Whatsapp group must remain there. You are only able to share a picture of you own child. If there are other children in the picture, their images must be covered.

Supporting the individual

At Egan Performing Arts we encourage all children to be respectful and encouraging of each other’s ideas and performances. If a child is struggling in any way the class teacher will make contact with the parent/guardian to see how we can best support them to achieve in class.

Blondin Park Community Pavilion:

Children will wait with their parents in the café area until class start time. They line up at the door, for a quick register. The door is closed once the class starts. The side doors to the venue are locked during the class and there is only one entrance. The café remains open during class.

You must drop off and collect your child inside the building, If you drop your child off and leave before they are called to line up at the door this is at your own risk.

If you are late to collect your child, they will be kept inside the venue.
